  1. A sleep cycle is 90 minutes. So, on average, you enter the REM stage of sleep 4-6 times a night. Which means, you actually DO dream 4-6 times a night, everynight. No mater what… the easiest way to realize you’re dreaming, or at least what you dreamt. Is to keep a dream journal by your bed and immediately write down whatever you remember upon awakening. Even if you don’t remember anything at all, write that down. You’ll end up training your brain to remember them. 🙂
